Our latest research based project has been ‘Optimize Oil’ through the University of Calgary’s SIFE organization. The focus behind this project has been to bring out the awareness to restaurant and business owners that are throwing away their waste cooking oils. There are many issues and concerns behind throwing away these oils. First and foremost, when they are drained into sewers and drains, they end up clogging many of the watercourses.

The reason behind ‘Optimize Oil’ is that the collection process allows Organo Energy to research and develop on these waste oils for potential alternative fuels for our city.

By providing us with the used cooking oil for our project, restaurant owners will be providing help with reducing the carbon footprint that we all  leave behind on our planet.

All clients of ours are hassle-free, other then to place the used cooking oil in the free drums that we provide. With our automated dispatch system, we will schedule a pick up on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and replace your business with a new drum.
